Due to exciting growth , our newly created Fraud and Compliance team are looking for their newest addition.
This teams mission is to ensure our customers can rest easy that their customers are protected from attack and that their interactions with them comply with the rules.
We have an opportunity for a React Developer to join our team.
In this role you will help us build a more reliable web application that our users can trust and provide guidance in terms of best industry standards to use.
You will have the opportunity to work alongside other squads who also have React Developers within their team.
In this role you will support the Engineering Tech Lead across Design and implementation of technical solutions from product requirements.
Key responsibilities:
+ Maintain and develop existing web application
+ Provide guidance and technical solutions to business problems
+ Review pull requests and provide constructive feedback
+ Work in scrum teams and contribute to breaking down cards in grooming
+ Develop quality code that has high levels of test coverage
+ Be involved in code reviews and provide support and guidance
+ Collaborate with cross functional teams to define, design, and implement new features
+ Ensure you are working to best practice standards
The preferred candidate will be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience.
+ Demonstrated front-end development skills and experience in HTML5, CSS and modern JS (ES6+)
+ Demonstrated experience in ReactJS and Redux or similar
+ Demonstrated Experience with webpack, JavaScript toolchain
+ Demonstrated experience and a strong understanding of Rest API
+ Basic knowledge of NodeJS
+ Knowledge of GIT is preferred
+ Demonstrated knowledge of writing testable code, both in unit and functional testing would be preferred
+ Familiar with cloud architecture ideally in AWS would be an advantage
+ A collaborative approach
+ Strong eye for detail with a problem-solving approach
